Tucked into the peaks surrounding Park City, Utah, this one-of-a-kind mountain home was built with one objective in mind: to gather. When building their forever Utah home, these clients' primary goal was creating a space to bring together their family, their friends to create memories with those they love. We designed this roughly 6,000-square-foot property with only one central living area filled with art, a natural landing place for all the things these clients love most. Our team worked meticulously to source materials tied to the land, curate art from the western region, and cover every surface in elevated, yet inviting finishes. Stone, wood, steel, cork, and plaster act as neutral vertical backdrops to the predominantly local art collection.

Full of opportunities to push the boundaries of expectation, this remodel project yielded a home where art and color breathe life into every corner. Our clients came to us wanting to rethink areas of the floorplan and update all the finishes to match their evolving style—and showcase their impressive art collection. New flooring, cabinetry and tile modernized the living areas, while a selection of wallpapers throughout act as a visual guide, allowing the eye to rest on the varied exhibits of photos, paintings, drawings and sculpture. Here, art is not confined to a frame, but serves as a way of living.

This Draper family home was carefully transformed from its early 2000’s Tuscan style to a transitional modern space with just the right amount of luxury. Removing the formal sitting room we expanded the kitchen and added an open dining room creating a floorplan built for hosting family and friends with ease. Rich, moody, and warm finishes were used through the space, elevating and bringing new life to the home.

To cater to the diverse needs of an evolving family, this home needed the perfect balance of function, comfort and play. Our team worked to update key spaces to foster a home where every family member can thrive, as well as construct new ones for gathering and leisure. Behind the existing home, a new structure was built to house areas of escape and leisure. An office combines form and function with a sleek custom desk and bespoke displays for sentimental collectibles. The often-utilitarian home gym became a high-style workspace with unique finishes, lighting and texture to elevate the clients’ home workouts.  On the lower level, our team dreamed up a family recreation room primed to evoke joy and togetherness, utilizing classic games, funky furniture, and playful colors. Just outside, a pool deck features a custom swing set and two patios primed for outdoor living. All these fun-filled spaces work together to support this home in its next evolution: hosting visiting adult children and friends in comfort and a little luxury.

Designed in close collaboration with the homeowners, this light-filled residence moves away from “Mountain Modern” in favor of openness, warmth, and ease. The layout centers on how the clients gather, anchored by a double island and oversized working pantry that support both everyday living and entertaining. Organic materials echo the home’s serene setting, appearing in natural wood cabinetry and hand made tiles, marble mantels and white oak ceiling beams. Every detail reflects their taste, from custom railings and cabinetry to thoughtfully integrated art, resulting in a home that feels personal, refined, and quietly confident.

Just outside of Park City, Utah this Legacy home stands as a testament to what can happen when clients and the design team come together to create something that truly represents them. Building this home meant more than creating a place for them to live, but also a place that highlights their art collection, a collection they have been building for years - husband and wife gifting original pieces to one another, a place for hosting large events and gatherings for friends from around the globe and most importantly a place where their family can connect and create memories together. Filled with light, color, art, quality finishes and custom pieces from incredible vendors the final product is a one of a kind home that is just as unique as the homeowners, exactly how it should be.

This East Millcreek retreat is a special one: it’s the project that houses Leslie and inspires her daily. Now over 20 years in the making, Leslie’s sycamore-shaded Craftsman home remains a deeply personal retreat where interiors and gardens function as one continuous narrative. Inside, the home reflects a collected and intentional approach to design, with layered interiors shaped by travel, memory, and family history. Designed for gathering, the home centers on an expansive dining space anchored by a 10-foot walnut table, paired with heirloom Chinese chairs and contemporary seating. The kitchen balances function and refinement with sculptural lighting, lava stone tile, and tailored finishes. Outdoors, winding paths, curated statuary, and mature plantings are complemented by a wisteria-draped pergola, pool, and barrel sauna. Together, the landscape and interiors form a layered environment shaped by time, memory, and craft.
