To cater to the diverse needs of an evolving family, this home needed the perfect balance of function, comfort and play. Our team worked to update key spaces to foster a home where every family member can thrive, as well as construct new ones for gathering and leisure. Behind the existing home, a new structure was built to house areas of escape and leisure. An office combines form and function with a sleek custom desk and bespoke displays for sentimental collectibles. The often-utilitarian home gym became a high-style workspace with unique finishes, lighting and texture to elevate the clients’ home workouts.  On the lower level, our team dreamed up a family recreation room primed to evoke joy and togetherness, utilizing classic games, funky furniture, and playful colors. Just outside, a pool deck features a custom swing set and two patios primed for outdoor living. All these fun-filled spaces work together to support this home in its next evolution: hosting visiting adult children and friends in comfort and a little luxury.
