Working with our team of talented professionals, allows us to do the heavy lifting for you, creating an enjoyable experience from the initial discovery process to the turn-key installation details.

As a full-service design studio, we are here for much more than providing a beautiful design. We are here as your partner in every step of the way and guide you through the entire process with a clear outline of what you can expect through the following five phases:

• PHASE 1: Discovery — Our discovery phase is centered around getting to know you and your unique needs and wants. We begin with a presentation of design concepts and inspiration to establish the design direction suited towards your preferences. 
• PHASE 2: Design –– Based on the individual discovery phase, our team begins designing through a variety of mediums. Floorplans are the foundation of our designs and are meticulously thought through to provide the perfect balance of form and function. Elevations and renderings are developed to give you a strong visual sense of how the space will look and feel as it comes to life. 
• PHASE 3: Specification –– Each client receives a specification book, outlining every aspect of the design. From the material callouts for every space, elevation, and selection, to the millwork details and more. We work closely with your build team to ensure they have everything they need to execute your design. 
• PHASE 4: Management –– Building or remodeling a space takes an extreme amount of planning to bring together all the materials and trades to create a successful timeline. Leaving nothing to chance, we work with your architect, builder, and all trades and vendors to ensure everything on your project is coming together exactly as you envisioned. 

PHASE 5: Installation –– The final phase in our process comes together as our team works closely with our professional installers to give you a stress free and impressive turn-key experience.

We specialize in high-end residential homes and boutique commercial projects. We are based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, and we work on projects not only along the Wasatch Front, but also nationwide.

At Leslie Schofield Studio, we pride ourselves on having a talented Design Team, Purchasing Department, and Administrative Team that collaborates together on every project. As the principal and founder, Leslie makes sure she is involved in every project and limits the number of projects we take on so that we can devote the attention you need to deliver the highest quality work product and create a seamless experience for you.
